Ricardo Ochoa – Bio

Ricardo Ochoa, is a licensed attorney in both Texas and California with over 20 years of legal experience, including 17 years with the Internal Revenue Service. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation and has a strong foundation in federal estate and gift tax, wills and trusts, and federal income tax.

After nearly two decades of working on the federal side of estate and tax matters, Ricardo shifted his focus to probate and estate planning to work more directly with individuals and families. He brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to helping clients navigate the legal and financial complexities of planning for the future or managing the estate of a loved one. His extensive tax background gives him a unique perspective on estate matters, allowing him to provide clear, strategic guidance tailored to each client’s situation.
