Paralegal – Houston

Kreig LLC serves clients across the entire state of Texas through six strategically located offices, including our Houston location. This position is fully in‑person and offers the opportunity to work closely with our attorneys and support staff while contributing to a high‑performing probate practice.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in supporting our attorneys and ensuring smooth, efficient case progression.

• Draft legal documents related to probate, estate planning, and real property matters
• Perform administrative tasks, including e‑filing, data entry, and document management
• Calendar hearings, discovery deadlines, and other key dates
• Organize and maintain electronic client files across multiple applications
• Schedule court hearings and preparatory client meetings
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and third parties as needed
• Ensure client communications are relayed promptly and accurately to the attorney
• Assist with additional projects and tasks as assigned

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or Certificate in Paralegal Studies
• Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably with recent work in a law firm setting
• Familiarity with at least one client relationship management (CRM) platform
• Strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
• Bilingual in Spanish (written and spoken) preferred
