Amanda Carter – Bio

A proud Texas native, Amanda Carter brings a wealth of legal experience and a strong commitment to client service to our team. Originally from the Houston area, she earned her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in May 2018 and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas later that year.

Amanda began her career as an associate attorney in Lubbock, working closely with clients on a broad range of matters including family law, child custody, and cases involving the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. In 2021, she transitioned into her true passion in the role of lead estate management attorney at her previous firm, where she developed significant expertise in guardianship, probate, and estate planning—both contested and uncontested.

As a full-time power wheelchair user, Amanda brings a unique and empathetic perspective to her practice, often shaping her counsel with the needs of both clients with, and without, disabilities in mind.
