Attorney – San Antonio

At Kreig LLC, this role is designed for attorneys who want to focus on meaningful legal work without getting bogged down by the administrative weight of running a solo or small-firm practice. If you enjoy being in the courtroom, guiding families through complex transitions, and working within a supportive structure that lets you operate at your best, you’ll feel right at home here.

Kreig LLC serves clients across the entire state of Texas through six strategically located offices, with this role based remotely in the San Antonio area. Whether a matter arises in Bexar County, the surrounding region, or anywhere else across Texas, our team is equipped to support families statewide — and you’ll be part of that reach.

You’ll join a team that handles a wide range of probate and estate matters — from independent and dependent administrations to contested issues, guardianships, and strategic estate planning. Our systems, staff, and workflows are built to keep your attention on advocacy, strategy, and client service.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership of probate and estate cases from start to finish, backed by a team that values clarity, communication, and professionalism.

  • Lead Probate Matters: Navigate administrations, contested proceedings, guardianships, and estate planning with confidence and care.
  • Show Up in Court: Handle hearings, motions, and contested matters in the Bexar County area and throughout Texas, bringing a steady presence and clear strategy to each appearance.
  • Drive Case Strategy: Draft pleadings, manage discovery, negotiate resolutions, and prepare for mediation or trial when disputes arise.
  • Support Families: Provide thoughtful, results-focused guidance during some of the most important moments in a client’s life.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for attorneys who are organized, detail-oriented, and energized by meaningful client work.

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas
  • Ideally at least 2 years of probate experience, including work with independent and dependent administrations, general litigation, discovery, and alternative probate procedures
  • Ability to manage a busy, fast-moving workload with consistency and professionalism
